For over twenty-five years, his experience building, leading, and delivering high-performing sales teams across software and transportation industries, creating three small businesses from concept to exit while maintaining a life-long love of the tangible arts and proverbial crafts, Aaron has mastered the art of maximizing value, executing on the vision and delivering results. Leveraging two decades of leadership experience across the tech and logistics/transportation sectors, he, and other collaborators within the Collective network, help business owners mentor their leaders, train high-performing sales teams, adopt the right tech stack, and build a culture of accountability that allows both the individuals and the company to scale and thrive.

• Real Estate:"Neighborhood revitalization, one home at a time." Koltrain Collective focuses on improving residential properties to add real neighborhood value, executing projects as flips or holding them as rentals depending on market conditions. We takes a completely hands-on approach to every renovation, managing the project timelines while directly executing the physical labor and craftsmanship required to turn overlooked properties into inviting homes.

• Creative Artwork Balancing his analytical and tactical drive, Aaron is an active visual artist specializing in highly specific, curated pieces. He brings a builder's appreciation for raw materials and structural form to paintings, custom wood objects, and cement pieces. In each, Aaron works with clients to understand their vision and curates pieces bespoke to their space, taste and goals.
